TMS Mechanical Integrity Software
TMS software is consistently recognized as having exceptional ease of use and the powerful features required to monitor the on-going mechanical integrity of process equipment.
Two Rivers Technologies TMS 6.0 is the complete mechanical integrity inspection data management and reporting system. TMS is designed for process industries, bulk liquid storage facilities and inspection/engineering companies to keep track of fixed equipment (pressure vessels, tanks and piping) as well as pressure relief devices, pumps, electric motors, valves, instruments & controls, emergency shut down systems and other equipment.
It is the mission of Two Rivers Technologies to provide an industry standard application to track nondestructive testing (NDT) and visual inspection data and to meet OSHA 1910.119 (j) mechanical integrity reporting requirements.
TMS 6.0 is developed using MS Visual Basic 6.0 and SQL Server 2005 for a corporate level program featuring LAN or wide area network (WAN) capability, SmartChecklists and a Design Wizard for custom reports.
With TMS operating over awide area network (WAN) a company is able to maintain the mechanical integrity data for several (or all) plants on a single server. Each plant has access to its own information for data entry, evaluation and reporting and can view sister plants’ data with appropriate permissions. Corporate or regional level users have the ability to view and query the data of all the facilities.
Development of TMS has always focused on feedback from existing and potential clients. As a result, it is consistently recognized as having an exceptional combination of ease of use and the powerful features required by all types of process industries.

Ready to work!
TMS is not a “shell” program that requires months of custom programming after you buy it or a “modular” program that requires additional purchases to cover all equipment. Your personnel can begin entering data as soon as TMS is installed.
Additionally, TMS is now available in a Metric version. All future releases will give the user the option to deploy TMS as Imperial/U.S. Customary or Metric.
TMS saves time (and therefore money)
After the initial purchase, even greater value comes from the time (and therefore money) savings of your staff. For example:
Data Entry and Evaluation
Engineers at numerous facilities have told us they spend a considerable amount of time organizing, evaluating and reporting data. These activities include:
- Calculating required minimum thickness (Tmin) and corrosion rates
- Calculating remaining life (Years to Tmin)
- Drawing graphs for a visual representation of thickness data
- Tracking upcoming equipment inspection dates
TMS 6.0 can perform any of these operations in a matter of seconds.
Data Retrieval
Retrieving information can be a time consuming and frustrating experience, particularly in older plants. In addition to the difficulty of finding files that do exist, much of the information resides solely in someone’s head (or buried in a pile in their office.)
With over 200 standard reports including user-defined filters, and a Design Wizard for custom reports, as well as ‘File Links’ and ‘Notes’, TMS 6.0 provides fast retrieval and reporting of all your mechanical integrity-related data.
TMS 6.0 is a well-documented, comprehensive network-ready application with five levels of user security. It’s as easy to use as it is powerful, so your staff can concentrate on business, not on becoming computer experts!
